- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. - You agree not to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized use of our platform. - You may not use Proterate to collect, store, or process sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards. - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

- Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. - Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. - All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in our refund policy. - We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. - Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
- All content, trademarks, and materials on Proterate are owned by us or our licensors. - You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of Proterate without our prior written consent. - Survey data and content created by you remains your property. By using Proterate, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Proterate. - Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. - We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of our platform.

- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. - Users may terminate their account at any time through the account settings page. - Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. - Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
